STEP
1. Sending your materials
Before you send us your materials, first, visit our web site
and sign up for an account, and from the home page you can "Order
Now" to start the order process. Or, you can call us at
(623) 261-3276, and we'll walk you through the process over
the phone.
• Make a list of what you are sending (include an original
materials tracking card)
• Insure your package with the postal service (recommended)
• Make copies when possible
• Pack your items well, when sending photos, be sure to
use a box or a very rigid envelope
These are only precautions, but given the sentimental value,
it's better to be safe than sorry. We will also take great care
to pack your items for a safe return shipment.
Send your safely packed materials to us by mailing them to:

You can upload your digital files after signing up online. Just
go to your "My Account" page and click the "Upload
Files" button from your profile page.
Once we have received your materials you will receive a confirmation
email. By accessing your profile page, you can also track the
current status of your project.
STEP 2. Converting your
home movies and photos to DVD
You can send us your raw footage and photos, then, depending
on the package you choose, we'll begin digitizing and editing
your movie. We currently accept the following formats:
• VHS Tapes
• Mini DV Tapes
• VHS-C Tapes
• Compact Discs
• DVDs
• USB Memory Drives
• Hard Drives
• Memory Cards
You will be able to view your project online during the editing
process during the approval phase, and once it's been approved
you will receive an online version of your home video to share
with family and friends if you choose.
STEP 3. Approve your
movie online
You will be able to view your videos online before giving your
final approval. Upon your final approval we will finalize your
project by burning your DVDs and preparing them and your original
materials for shipping.
STEP 4. Receive the original
materials and new DVDs in the mail
You will receive your original materials and new DVDs in the
mail approximately 3 weeks after you send them, depending on
our volume of current projects. You can have both your original
materials sent back to you or have the DVDs sent to another
address as gifts. We can also include a complimentary gift note.
